Involved in a dispute? I can help. I’m a full-time Lawyer-Neutral dedicated to the resolution of conflict through a range of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) approaches.

I’m a Barrister, accredited Mediator and Construction Adjudicator. I’m also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. You can learn more about my approach and experience here.

With thirty years experience of dispute resolution in the Courts and arbitration, I know all about the drain on financial, managerial and emotional resources that accompanies litigation. There will always be some cases that need to be resolved by the Courts. But for the vast majority of disputes, ADR is a better way. It works – even in the most difficult cases – and at a fraction of the cost.

Each case is unique and my approach is to explore with you the settlement strategy that best fits your circumstances.  I offer my services to businesses, individuals and public bodies.
